Welcome to Watson Investigations Limited.
With over 14 years experience in Litigation and Dispute Resolution both nationally and internationally, Watson Investigations can provide you with all your dispute resolution services including Litigation, Investigations and Mediation.
When other forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution such as Mediation have failed to work, we use all of our experience to present your case at court in the most effective and cost efficient way.
We work in partnership with Taylor Rose Solicitors and provide consultancy services to their clients across England and Wales. Whilst mainly based at their Head Office at Carter Lane in Central London, Mr Watson also supports clients at their offices in Manchester, Peterborough, Fulham, Ealing, Guildford and Bath.
From our office in Preston, Watson Investigations provides a full range of legal services including Litigation, Investigation and Mediation.
Whilst we can provide legal services to clients across all range of civil litigation, Mr Watson has particular expertise in the specialisms of contractual disputes, property disputes including landlord and tenant, domestic abuse and stalking and harassment.
We have carried out a wide range of investigations for our clients both internally and externally, against individuals and companies, and on a variety of areas from fraud to sexual harassment enquiries. With excellent investigative and interview skills, you can be confident you will receive a fair and accurate investigation with a full written report at the conclusion evidencing our findings and steps which we have taken.
The work involved varies on a case by case basis and therefore we have to provide you with a quotation based upon your case. No case is the same, and neither are any two investigations. We have the experience to be able to provide you with an accurate estimate of costs, dependent upon your requirements.
According to the CEDR (Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution), mediation now has a success rate of 92% overall, with 70% - 80% of parties reaching a settlement on the day of mediation. With the costs of mediation normally significantly less than the cost of a resolution through the courts, many parties are now turning in the first instance to mediation.
As a certified trained mediator from the University of Central Lancashire (UCLAN), the Civil Mediation Council (CMC), and the International Mediation Institute (IMI), Mr Watson combines this with his 14 years litigation experience delivering pragmatic resolutions to complicated disputes between parties.
